1. Language
The first time we have to learn English, minimum TOEFL to go to Europe and most other negara2 550 (paper-based TOEFL). Language requirements can not be negotiable. In countries with English common wealthnya reqiurements sometimes language is often higher than 550. The more adept we are speaking english mendapatkanu the greater the chance for a scholarship. scholarships such as Germany and Japan also require English 550. After mastering the English language should learn the language of the destination countries eg Germany, France or Japan. 2. Academic Achievement
For those who still lectures S1 should try to get a GPA of at least three. Often scholarships require a GPA. The higher the GPA we have expanded opportunities to get scholarships. 4. Administrative completeness

5. Research proposal
